We were given information we didn’t know we needed. Working with Chris, we’ve learned a lot and we found a beautiful home. It was all because Chris listened, he heard us and he lead us. He always had the answers we needed and if he didn't he would find out and get back to us immediately. We were top priority. He was very knowledge and up to date about the real estate market. He made purchasing our property as smooth and as simple as possible. I can't say enough good things about his patience and kindness and how much care he had working with us. He truly treated us like family. I would recommend him to anyone.

"Kelli Excell was extremely instrumental in both a very fast sale and a purchase of a new home! She organized showings online for the sale of my home and there were 7 showings in a two-day period within 2 weeks of listing the property. By the second day of showings we had 5 offers and it was difficult to choose the best one!! We had sold my home in 2 days! For the purchase of a new home, she was also very quick and efficient. The sale was handled amongst all the different parties involved and we heavily relied on Kelli and trusted that everything would go smoothly.
